CANCELLATION POLICY

The masterclasses will take place with a minimum of 10 participants.

UPFORM SRLS reserves the right to suspend the course up to 10 days before the beginning of the masterclass.
UPFORM SRLS will inform the participants via e-mail.

Refund of the registration fee will be granted if notification of cancellation reaches the Secretariat in writing before May 27th, 2020. After this date, cancellations will not be refunded. Refunds by bank transfer or to a credit card will be processed after the Congress.

In any case, no reimbursement will be due for travel expenses and / or accommodation already sustained.

UPFORM SRLS will inform the participants via e-mail.

Refund of the registration fee will be granted if notification of cancellation reaches the Secretariat in writing before 30 April 2020. After this date, cancellations will not be refunded. Refunds by bank transfer or to a credit card will be processed after the Congress.

In any case, no reimbursement will be due for travel expenses and / or accommodation already sustained.
