On behalf of the Scientific Committee of IPAM Congress 2020, we invite you to submit an abstract.
Your abstract will be evaluated by the scientific committee.

Abstract submission deadline: Tuesday, 31 March 2020 23:59 (Milan – Italy time).
Abstracts received after this date will not be considered.

 

 

Abstract guidelines

Abstracts must be written in English and all presentations will be in English. Any other language will NOT be accepted.
The referent author must be a physician.
The referent author must be the first name and other coauthors will be listed following.
Abstracts must not be published before.
According to CME Regulations no commercial names will be allowed in titles. In the presentations possible commercial names will be listed in the last slide.
Abstracts must be submitted ONLY through the form.

The author is required to send his/her Curriculum Vitae in European format, which must be a signed original document including Tax Code and personal details (address, phone and mobile number, email).
The CV must be sent in PDF format to the email address: abstracts@ipamcongress.com
The abstracts of authors who have not submitted their CV will not be accepted.

Please check the abstract carefully to make sure there are no typing mistakes and/or grammatical errors. The abstract will be published as submitted.
The author may not submit more than 3 presentations.

ORAL PRESENTATIONS
– 6/15 minutes
– power point or keynote
– with or without videos

POSTERS
– on paper board
– 1,20 x 1,50 mt portrait orientation
– references and disclosures will be enclosed in the poster size

The scientific committee can decide the inclusion in oral or poster presentations according to needs of organization.

 

 

Authors and Co-Authors Registration

All authors and co-authors shall register for IPAM Congress as SPEAKER after receiving the confirmation from the scientific committee.
Both authors and co-authors will receive a badge that provides:
– access to work area
– access to the exhibition area
– coffee breaks and lunches
– congress kit
– certificate of attendance as speaker
